FRIEND!

The world shapes our identities, and we need to eliminate judgmental mentalities for a better society. In our lives, kindness and friendliness leave lasting impressions and lead to future opportunities.



I'm constantly amazed by the way my 4-year-old views the world. She approaches every interaction with a sense of wonder and pure warmth. Whenever she comes across another child or a baby, her whole face lights up, and she immediately extends her hand to them as if they were her instant best friend. Observing her genuine and open-hearted nature is heartwarming, especially when other children may not respond with the same level of enthusiasm. Her lack of shyness or hidden motives is refreshing; she simply wants to connect with others and share the joy of playtime.



The realization dawns on me as I contemplate the state of the world around us. It becomes clear that society plays a significant role in shaping our identities. When we first enter the world, we do so with pure innocence. At that moment, there is no room for discrimination or hatred; only unadulterated joy fills our hearts. Regrettably, this purity is lacking in today's society and is overshadowed by a preoccupation with outward appearances. As individuals striving for a world free from malice and filled with success, we must strive to eliminate this judgmental mentality.

In my work within the creative industry, I regularly encounter new prospects. Engaging with these prospects with a mindset that prioritizes kindness and friendliness is crucial. Rather than expecting to secure every prospect, approaching interactions with a positive attitude can leave a lasting impression. This approach can lead to future opportunities with the same prospects or, even better, result in recommendations to other potential prospects.



Some time ago, I had an experience with potential clients that highlighted the importance of being friendly and kind in our interactions. I created a sense of welcome and reassurance by approaching them with genuine kindness and a helpful attitude. This significantly impacted them, especially when the initial indication was that they needed more time to purchase. 



Surprisingly, many of these prospects returned later to engage with our services. This reinforced my belief that cultivating positive interactions and building rapport can have a lasting impact on sales conversions.

Importantly, kindness plays a crucial role in enhancing retention rates. When people feel genuinely cared for and valued, they are likelier to remain loyal to your business, fostering long-term relationships and ongoing support.

Embodying kindness goes beyond merely engaging in superficial acts of kindness. It involves profoundly ingraining kindness as a fundamental guiding principle within our thoughts, words, and actions. This entails deliberate and sustained efforts to consistently practice empathy, compassion, and understanding toward others. It also necessitates cultivating a genuine desire to positively impact the well-being of those around us, whether through small everyday interactions or more significant gestures of support and care. This commitment to kindness encompasses our actions and mindset as we strive to create a more empathetic and compassionate environment for everyone we encounter.


Friendliness and kindness are powerful tools in building and maintaining solid relationships. By incorporating these values into every interaction, we enhance our business and relationships and positively impact those we work with.
